Vampire Dental Veneers a Chelsey Bloodworth DDS Novella Book 1 eBook Delaney Rhodes Kit Foster Bev Harrison

A very enjoyable read, and intelligently written. The storyline, while infused with dry humor, has an underlying darkness and mystery befitting a vampire novel. The characters are engaging and interesting, and I agree with other reviewers that the switching between the two characters is seamless, and this is great as it allows us to follow the inner dialogue of two personalities, rather than just one. There is also an added element of depth and humanity to the story as, in addition to their other challenges, the lead characters are grappling with the grief of a recent family tragedy.

The lead characters, Chelsey (Dr Bloodworth) and Savannah (her niece), are both strong, independent women who are capable of doing anything they put their minds to - the sort of strong-willed and beautiful heroines that we love to read about! They also have equally appealing male counterparts, of course. The supporting characters, such as Jose, Tori, Xander and Josiah are engaging and interesting in their own right.

In short, an entertaining and satisfying read. It actually has a double appeal, both to those who love crime novels and those who love vampire novels (and I love the name Dr Bloodworth!) You get the best of both worlds! It would perhaps even fall into the category of horror story. In any case, I strongly suggest you curl up with this book and a cup of coffee, and enjoy. Highly recommended!

Vampire Dental Veneers a Chelsey Bloodworth DDS Novella Book 1 eBook Delaney Rhodes Kit Foster Bev Harrison Reviews

I am totally annyonied. I was just getting into this book and it stopped it was published a year ago sonwheres the rest. Doubt I read anymore from this author. In hindsight it does say its a novellea
I loved this book up until the end! It tells two different point of views. One of the aunt and the other her niece Savannah. It was not confusing at all and usually that kind of stuff does. My only issue with this was the end. It just ends and I really hope that there is another book and soon! Because I can not wait to read it!
This book started out very good but when it ended it just abruptly ended without letting the reader know what happened to anyone or why it happened. I have never read a book where the author basically just stopped writing without cluing the reading in on the plot endings. I will avoid any future books written by this author. I am still left wondering what happened with all of the plots she had going on in this book. Take my advice and don't buy it no matter how cheap it is.
I just finished reading this great book called Vampire Dental, Veneers. The book was written by Delaney Rhodes and is another great book to add to your most read list. I have read a couple of other Delaney Rhodes novels and this one did not disappoint. I loved the characters and thought that the plot was a whole new take on the "vampire books". This book is certainly not meant to be confused with other vampire books because it is not a tween story but rather a story for mature adults. I loved that the story was written from two perspectives as I think it takes the book to a whole different level. Go now, and get this book on your because at $1.99 this book is a bargain!! )
So first I want to say that yes I know the title of my review is a bad pun, but it probably made you giggle a little none-the-less!
Delaney Rhodes, well known for her romance series Celtic Steel, puts a unique twist on the vampire story. Vampire Dental Veneers is a story about Dr. Chelsey Bloodworth, her love interest Detective Josiah Reed, and her nieces during the time of a serial killer, aptly names the "Fang Faerie". This novella does a fabulous job of introducing the characters with a steadily unfolding plot that, while shares two different viewpoints, does not feel jumpy are disconnected. Delaney shows us again that she can hook you from the beginning and leave you wanting, not just more, but wanting it ALL.
I cannot wait to read more f Dr. Bloodworth's life, and more from Delaney Rhodes!
29 year-old dentist Chelsey Bloodworth is a typical urban professional. She is always busy, what with her work, taking care of daughters of her late brother and trying to resist her best friend Tori's matchmaking efforts. One day, detective Josiah Reed enters her office and asks for help. Grisly ritualistic murders are taking place and 'Fang Faerie', the serial killer is targeting people who have fake vampire fangs - similar to those that Chelsea fitted for many a client.

The story is an easy read and plot unfolds at a steady pace. I personally liked the fact that the story is told from two viewpoints, which is usually difficult to do but author pulls it off rather well.

I am looking forward to further adventures of Chelsea, Josiah and Savannah.

Recommended.
The aptly-named Dr. Chelsey Bloodworth is a character fit for celluloid- a brilliant single woman with an eye for style and a thriving business. "I could have forty or so root canals this morning, and instead, I have forty fang fittings," she explains, an unusual choice of livelihood for a girl who just lost her father, brother, and sister-in-law, trying to pick up the pieces of her family. The clever narrative device switches seamlessly between Chelsey and her adopted niece Savannah, who towers over every guy in school and is still reeling from her parents' car accident, even as Chelsey still dials her brother's phone number out of habit. In the midst of this tragedy, the pair manage to find real humor and joy in life, exploring the trials of spray tans, navigating high school life, and the business world with style and wit. "I have a huge problem with TMI sometimes," Chelsey admits in one of many wonderful one-liners that make this book really fun to read. When Josiah Redd, an intriguing homicide detective, asks for Chelsey's expertise in an investigation that hits a little too close to home, Chelsey must come to terms with her past and protect her future. The book ends in a terrific cliffhanger involving Savannah and her crush, Xander... I can't wait to read what happens next!
